TYPEFACE:

I was looking for a typeface that felt worn and rugged but bold enough to use in a logo. I named the company off of the typeface name. I liked that it had a worn look but was still legible. The letters were clan, bold and strong feeling.

LAYOUT:

I played around with layouts that felt relaxed and natural, I did this by stacking the words and keeping it simple and focused on type.

COLOR:

I chose colors that would be seen out in the woods or wilderness and that screamed rugged, natural, and wild. The brown and greens I felt fit that description. Thy had enough contrast but still felt relaxed and natural.
